The West Pomeranian Labour Market Observatory (WPLMO) belonging to the structures of the Department of Research and Analyses, carries out research activities  in reference to the broadly understood labour market.

The West Pomeranian Labour Market Observatory performs, inter alia, research related to:

• occupational barometr in Westpomeranian Voivodeship;
• employment forecasting in Westpomeranian Voivodeship;
• the social-professional situation of the unemployed;
• students educational and professional plans.

All interested parties, in particular employers, entreprenurs who want to increase employment (including investors who invest in commercial enterprises in the voivodship), universities, training institutions, applicants, applying for grants under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development, students, candidates for Master's studies, doctoral candidates and research workers can benefit from the research of the Department of Research and Analysis.
